Hi everyone,

The recent Hunger Count report from Food Banks Canada says there were almost 196,000 visits to BC food banks in March 2023 - 62,000 of those visits were from children.

In BC, food bank visits increased by 20% since 2022 and by 57% since 2019. In Greater Vancouver, the GVFB has been registering up to 1,000 new clients per month.
