Loving Sai Ram!

2025 has been a challenging year for many in our Greater Vancouver community, especially for those facing food insecurity. Rising living and food costs have made daily life significantly harder for thousands of families.

Each year, on Swami's Birthday, our Vancouver Sai Centre collectively supports the Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB). This year, in honour of Swami's 100th Birthday, we are taking on a very special challenge:

One hundred donations of $100 each, for a total offering of $10,000 made with love and devotion on behalf of our Centre.

You may offer in your name, for your family, in honour of a loved one, or anonymously as you feel inspired. Contributions can be made anytime between now and November 23, 2025 (10 days remaining).

In 2025, the GVFB has experienced a significant increase in demand: 9.5 million pounds of food distributed, 832,000 food bank visits supported, 6,000 new clients registered, and 10-15 essential food items provided weekly to each client.

Swami has always reminded us through Narayana Seva that service to others is a pathway to our own self-transformation. In this spirit, our Sai Centre is once again committed to supporting the GVFB and uplifting those in need.
